I have a file in which the numbers have a point as a decimal seperator. I'am using normally a comma as seperator.

How can I change this using a macro.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Without a macro:

1. Select your data and choose Data, Text to Columns from the menu.
2. At Step 1 choose Fixed width and click Next twice.
3. Click Advanced, choose ',' for Decimal separator and '.' for Thousands separator and click OK.
4. Click Finish

Addendum:

If you switch on the macro recorder first you will see the VBA way.
