Change smartart element fill colour on click

Hi,
I've got a smartart organisational chart which I'm using to keep track of my team resources while we're going through the coronavirus situation. I'd like to be able to click on the element for each individual and cycle through the 3 different colours I'm using the represent whether they're in the office, working from home or off sick/leave etc.

Is there an easy way to do this?
