Change to one description

Hi

In this worksheet product description are downloaded from a custom sales information system. I want to go to each column and change the description to be the same as the one in column D. The only common denominator is the last 5 digits. An example of this is the description in A2 should be the same os the one in D11. This new description can appear in a column inserted after each column.

Please can anyone help. I am new to this forum and most impressed with the help I have received. Great job guys!!

Tom,

What I am trying to achive is that when the 5 digit number is the same that the description is changes to a uniform description. As this information comes from a sales system and different areas have different descriptions, I have to first get it to describe each product code the same.

Hope this makes sense. I have email you the whole file.
