If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
It looks as though you've entered the 090 and 099 as text in order to get the leading zeros (or is it zeroes?).

Use a custom number format: Format, Cells, Custom. Enter 000 as your number format. Now, when you enter 9 in the cell it will display as 009, 26 will display as 026, and so on... and Excel will treat it as a number instead of text.
