Changing Address book from Vertical to Horizontal

Sorry if this has been done before but I can only find treads for other options.

I have an address book of about 2000 entries I want changed from Vertical to Horizontal.

Please see example of 3 addresses.

Kids Edu-Play Centre
38A Iliffe Street
Bexley NSW 2207
Ph: (02) 9554 5555

Hilltop Kids Pre School and Long Day Care
61 Barnsbury Grove
Bardwell Park NSW 2207

I am working on a mac so have microsoft excel for mac,

Any ideas besides transpose 2000 times....

Are there always 4 elements (rows) per address section

and

is there or is there not an empty row or rows between address sections.

and

what column is this data in.

(I have listed two addresses as you can see their is no gap between the address's)

This is how I need the info to look:

School / 1st Address Line / 2nd Address Line / 555-5555 / 555-5555 / Name /Name / School Type / Website address
School / 1st Address Line / 2nd Address Line / 555-5555 / 555-5555 / Name /Name / School Type / Website address

Please let me know what my best option to make this happen.
