Changing cell colour

Is it possible to change the cell colour(fill) in an IF function?
I.E
IF(A2<0,cellcolour(red),cellcolour(blue))
logic, value if TRUE, value if FALSE

Yes. Look at Format-->Conditional Formatting-->If Cell Value is-->Less than-->0-->Set format, then select Add and repeat for the second criteria.
