Changing column structure part-way down a worksheet?

Hello All,

Please could you tell me whether it's possible to change the column structure part-way down a worksheet.

(I have content at the top of the page that require thin columns and content half way down the page that requires wide columns).

That isn't possible but you can merge (or preferably use center across selection) columns further down to achieve the same visual effect.

If the rows are empty, you'll want to merge a couple (or more) columns beginning in the area that needs the wider width. This will, however, misalign prior rows with the newly merged rows...the same columns won't be available.
