Changing the value of an existing cell

I am using Excel for an inventory project and was wondering if it was possible to change the value of a predefined cell based on the change of another. What I have is a "Quanity on Hand" column and would like the value of the cells in these columns to change based on entries to a "Parts Used" cell. Ideally the Quanity on Hand cell would decrease by the amount of Parts Used if possible.

If this is possible to do or you can offer any help on this, that'd be Great!!
