Changing the x axis range

Hi,

is it possible to change the x axis range on a simple chart depending on the values in two cells, say A1 and A2? This is so A1 could contain project start date and A2 could be project end date. I ask this because the automatic range on Excel doesn't really do a good job on my spreadsheet.
