Changing web link to fixed word.

Hello,
I have list of urls like below- where when i use the formula to make it single word for all links, formula works. as per below.

But when i try to delete the column View Image (Full Link Column) result link will change to #REF if i do paste special no more link is available.

Can anyone please help me to get the column Result

Try Paste Special but select Values & Source Formatting

Hi, Thanks for your reply.
But when i do Paste Value- Value and Source Fomatting (E) link get disappeared and no more can click and open url.

Using Column B create the Shortlink, then Copy and paste special column B to C, and you should get the same as below you can delete column A & B then if you need to.

Hi,

At first i wrote formula in Column B- where result was "video link".
And when i select column B and paste special in column C (in screenshot column Y").
It doesnt have hyperlinnk anymore.

Sorry you are correct i made a mistake don't know if it can be done easily will let one of the guru's try to help
