How do you get a chart to show only data up to today's date automatically? My data range has the the entire year in it but only up to today's date has actual numbers. My data has formulas linking it to other daily reports so, anything after today show's up as a zero value.

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I don't really have THE solution to your problem, but do have a suggestion on how to get your chart from showing a zero value after the present date.

Lets say your data series is in column B, go to an unused column on the spreadsheet, let's say column R and type in: =if(B1<1,NA(),B1), fill this in down the column. Now, go to your chart and change the data series from reading column B to reading column R.

Blank or 0 cells will no longer be picked up by the chart.
