Hi,

I am trying to create a line graph that will incorporate multiple columns of data in one series of data. The reason I do not place all of the data in one column is because it could exceed the maximum amount of rows allowed in excel. Also I need the data split up for viewing purposes.

I can easily just graph one column but how do I combine all the columns into one line graph with the data being in seperate columns. Basically all the columns will be my Y values and X values are just 1:n.

Now in the example all of the values are x values.

If someone has an idea of how I can write some code to acheive this I would appreciate it! If you do not understand my objective please ask!

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Just as an FYI, what version of Excel are you using?

I know you don't want to hear this (I never do either), but if you're exceeding the number of rows in Excel, then Excel is probably the wrong tool to use. I mean graphing more than 6500 data points (Excel 2003) or over 1 million (Excel 2007) is really stretching the bounds of the respective softwares.

I am using 2010. I know that Excel is not the best choice for the task I need. I have explained this to the people I work with multiple times and they seem to not understand so I have to go with the tools I have.
