Hi,

I have a created a number of named ranges. Depending on what is selected from a dropdown menu, I want my chart to pick up that named range.

In My series Tab, in the values section, it currently reads

=waste!$B$1:$B$10

I have named $B$1:$B$10 'Waste1'

I want the values section to be 'Waste1'

I thought it may have been along the lines of =Indirect($A$1) (where A1 has 'Waste1' as the value), but this doesn't work,

Help appreciated.

Thanks.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Create another Named range called say ChtData and in the Refersto box enter:
=Indirect(waste!$A$1)
(adjust sheet name as required).
Now use:
=waste!ChtData
as the values.
