Chart Question

I have been tasked with creating a chart with an option I have not seen before ..or know how to do.

One set of data is projected data, the other actual. What needs to happen is the actual needs to overlay the projected so that they are in the same column but the actual in "In front" of the projected.

This is difficult to explain and I don't see how to attach a file to show exactly what I need...

I put the actaul data on a secondary axis...played around with colors...this solved it...
