Greetings,

I'd like to be able to highlight the x-axis value when the value = "today". I have many charts that have the dates across the x-axis. There are over 60 days on the chart and i would like to highlight the point that is equal today... anyone know if this can be done? (vbCode or other approach)

thanks!

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
The way I've done this in the past is used a separate data series to draw a bar, line or symbol within the chart, on today's date.
You'll need a helper formula to work out which date in your series IS today's date, and then show some arbitrary value to make the bar/line/symbol appear where you want.
