Charts - Line/Column on 2 axes

I have a set of data with numbers in the thousands and 2 sets of % data.

When I try to make the 2 axes graph, I get 2 columns when I need 1, or columns and one % line, but the other must be off the scale as it does not appear.

I need the larger number as columns, and the other % as lines. I thought there was a way to choose the data on the chart and then choose chart type to change it, but I couldn't get that to work either.

I bet there is an easy fix, but I don't know it.

In 2007, you can select the chart then select the layout ribbon and you can pick the series you want to change in the current selection box on the left.
