Check for matching values on separate worksheets then offset columns from found value and return the offset value

So, i am not allowed to use VBA on excel sheets stored on the company server so i am trying to find a Formula like =IFS([@[Item Number]]= the same value on this range 'Master list'!O6:O8014, then OFFSET 7 columns to the left and return the value

I need to match up item numbers and then copy the catalogue number back to the cell the formula is in so that when i track inventory changes for corporate then they will have the Catalogue number instead of just my item number that i assigned it for the position it is in.

=INDEX('Master list'!V6:V8014,MATCH([@[Item Number]],'Master list'!O6:O8014,0))
