check if date entered in checkbox is correct format

I have a user form where a user has to give in a date, Start hour and End hour in 3 different textboxes. I would like that when you press the button to continue a macro checkes if the date is in dd/mm/yyyy format and the hours are in hh:mm format. if not it should display a msgbox
