How to compare Column A, B and C and complete the Answer column as above?

Excel Formula:
=INDEX($A$1:$C$1,MATCH("Yes",A2:C2,0))

Have you checked to see if there are any extra spaces within the cells?

That suggest you don't have a value of "Yes" in the range, check for leading/trailing spaces.

That formula does not require array entry, it's just a bog standard formula, unless you have changed it.
