Choose macro by celle.value / generate rang

Hi
I have 2 questions
1) In cell A1 I choose value from a dropdownlist to start the macro named according to this value
How do I do this?
Value: "Adm" runs macro "adm" etc

2) I have at table (A2:M100)
My macros does some input in column B, some B's are blank
I want to make a macro to make a "rang" number in column A where value in B excists - numbered as the next rang nr is last + 1 (skip blanks) - Like this

Column A Column B
Row 1 1 Some input
Row 2 Blank Blank
Row 3 Blank Blank
Row 4 2 Some input
Row 5 3 Some input
etc

Will anybody guide me on this one?
