Circular Reference Error

I am attempting to create a worksheet that takes in a file that I import each day. And keeps them in as a running total.

I got that to work fine the only problem is I am not saving the file so I have set the cell to take the data for that particular date and enter it or stay the same. This however causes a circular reference is there anyway around this?
