Circular Reference Warning

Hi..when I open up a particular file, I immediately receive a circular reference warning, however, when I attempt to find the problem using the error checking tool, I'm told there are no circular references...any thoughts? TIA, Mike
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
I would guess that it's being caused by an INDIRECT formula, that will not show up when you use error audit.
