Circular Reference with Formula but no reference to it

Can some on tell me why this is raising a Circular Reference!!

Thanks to Jonmo I found out what was wrong in around about way. If you start in
compatibility mode and do large formulae it course a circular reference so what did to check this was to save the file has a 2007 excel and then revert back to compatibility mode and the circular reference disappeared
