How do I search a worksheet for a circular reference that Excel knows exists but can’t list for me. No formula changes have been made recently, sheet is full of array formula and condition formatting etc

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.

I'm having just the same issue.
Have you found any solution for that?

Maybe someone else here knows the answer?

Do you have iterative calculations turned on?
If so, according to the document below, you need to turn those off in order for Excel to find those circular references for you.

I'm having the same issue. No iterative calculations are turned off.
This can't be a unique issue, i'm having this with several workbooks and checking each formula manually just is not a realistic solution.

Not that I found it easy to find the culprit manually, I did eventually!!!

I've not tried Alex's suggestion, but I will certainly keep it in the arsenal for future.
