Below is a dynaset from a Customer Table. I can check the PrintFlag checkbox for any addresses I need to print labels for. After printing, I would like all the flags to return to unchecked (0). Can anyone tell me how to go about this?

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Run an Update query on that table to change the values to false.

Code:
Dim strSQL As String

strSQL = "Update YourTableNameHere Set PrintFlag = False"

CurrentDb.Execute strSQL, dbFailOnError

Make sure to change YourTableNameHere to the name of the actual table.

Thank you so much, Bob, for replying. I will try that right after work today.
