Clear data from hidden sheet?

What's the best way to clear all the cells in a hidden worksheet?

I've tried to use this, but I get errors...

Worksheets(currSenior & " data").Range(Cells(1, 1), _
      Cells(Rows.Count, Columns.Count)).Clear

That could probably errors because none of the Cells references have a worksheet reference.

However if you want to clear the whole worksheet you could just use this.

Worksheets(currSenior & " data").Cells.Clear
