I found a way to clear just values (no formulas, formats, etc.) from a specified range. I found this code: .SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, 23).ClearContents. I am wondering what the 23 signifies? Excel intellisense says that the type is "Value"?

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
The 23 is pretty redundant, there are 4 options for the 2nd argument, which are
Enum nameLiteral value
xlNumbers1
xlTextValues2
xlLogical4
xlErrors16

And you can add them together so 3 would be Numbers & Text, or 20 would be Logical & Errors, so 23 is all of them.
