Clip Board error

When i copy some thing i got error "Cannot empty clipboard"
but when i go Edit - Clipboard it show clipboard empty.
using excel 2003

I may well be unable to help, but I would suggest you step us through all the steps that lead to this. Thus far, it is not even clear if this is code related.
