Clipboard Contents

I have a macro whereby I open a file from a sharepoint and copy one sheet into another spreadsheet for further processing. Once this is done the file is closed by the macro. However, I get a message stating there is a large amount of data on the clipboard and do I want to save it. This is annoying as it interrupts the macro. Is there a way to move passed this without manual intervention?
