clustered stacked bar charts?

Can anyone help with how to create a bar chart that is both stacked and clustered?

I want to be able to show 5 sets of data, each of which has three subsets. Each subset would have a stacked bar. So, basically, the graph would have 15 stacked bars, clustered in groups of 3.

This may not be possible....thought I'd ask. Thanks.
