..which has some code for implementing k-mean algorithm

What for these data sets are, and to cluster what with what, and why?

Another option may be R an opensource (free) statistical computing software. It can handle k-mean, hierarchical clustering with ease.
However depending on your background it can also have a steep learning curve.
