Code cleaner application

I'm looking to use the wonderful Rob Bovey's vba code cleaner on a project of mine, to clean periodically. I have version 5 running fine but for various reasons 4.4 is a better bet for me. However I am having problems sorting the application to run from a macro. When I record the application in use I get
"
CodeCleanerMainPart2" as the application name. Using this in my own macro gets me an "Object variable not set error". I assume this to be related to the user variable like "project" which are not set.
If anyone has any thoughts on how to work with this application I would appreciate your help.

thanks
