code for automatic: copy-paste ?

Is it possible to write a code for the following:

In a table of 3 x 3 (for example) with data in a1:c3-
Is it possible to copy values of a1:c3 to e1:g3 AUTOMATICALLY when the last value in c3 is entered??????

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.

I have used up most of my last day off from work in trying to find this solution...no matter what I do...I am unsuccesful...

Remember this is my first vba attempt, I still haven't received the vba books I ordered, and....this is alot harder than cardiac surgery...

Also: ..... the more I learn, the more I see how much more I need to learn....
I haven't given up but it's back to work tomorrow....

Any help will be appreciated....
