Code for creating new sheet by copying from selected sheet

Can someone give me a code for a button that will copy a sheet.
like for example the button is located at sheet1, and if I have sheet1, sheet2, sheet3. and sheet3 has a form. I want that button will copy the sheet3 to the last.
