Code needed to Copy Data from one Workbook to another workbook based on criteria.

I have two workbooks raw.xls and final.xls

Copy datas from raw.xls

i.e., copy Range A7:A95 and its respective values from range C7:D95


Final.xls has some same datas that are in raw.xls Datas copied from raw.xls should look for same in final.xls (Range - A7:A95) If data matches then the datas of range C7:D95 from raw should be pasted into its respective datas in final.xls,range (B3:C30)
