Code that jumps to/activates next non-blank cell in range.

Hope you all are doing well. Would like some help on this if you're willing.

I would like a code that jumps to/activates the next non-blank cell in the range I12:I300.

For example, the code would jump to/activate cell I14 if the sheet looked like this...
I12
I13
I14 Excel
I15
I16 Is
I17 Awesome
I18

Thanks for your help!
