Code working in one username but not in another

I am trying to modify code where the user name manager (password secret) will see /have access to all the sheets, but user name Niraj (password urmila) will have access only to that sheet and so on..
It works in one windows login account but stopped working when I login using a different windows login. Please help guys...To view code password is donttouch

have a look at the case of the users account

I've tried converting case and using that authority, for the mean time i have settled on one entry as lower case, and one as sentence case, and that's working
