Color a cell based on another cell's color

Outside of routinely copy/pasting formats, is there a way that I can link the background color of cell B1 to be the same as cell A1?

Thus, when I change A1's color to Yellow, B1 automatically changes to Yellow. If A1 then changes to Blue, B1 automatically changes to Blue.

Thanks

Not without VBA, and changing a cell's color doesn't generate an event, so even with VBA, you would see no change until Excel calculated.
