Thanks for your help. I am not sure if this is possible but not harm in trying..
I have an excel sheet with number of clients in it and about 10 colums of information about the client. Each client can be in the sheet like 5 time but here is the trcik the colums have the same information for each of the columns expect that they are coor coded..
I was to have a conditional sum where I have client information summed for each of the colum infomration but only pick up information (sum) the color coded infomration,
Is this possible
