Color formatting

We have sales data by date and by product. We want to highlight the highest sales data and the lowest sales data using color formatting, so I have to enter Alt + H, L, S on each row. We have 300+ products and last 10 weeks' sales data, so do we have any shortcut for that? I've attached a screenshot.

Hi, set your CF for the first row, select that row and press CTRL+C, select all the other rows you want to apply the CF to and press CTRL+ALT+V > choose "formats", hit enter.
