Hi,

In the attached sheet, I used cell styles to compare the prices and count the cell style colour manually, so what formula i can use to compare prices and highlighted cells in the same colour and also count the different cell colour?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
If you are coloring the cells manually, then there is no formula to count the colored cells. If the colors are the result of conditional formatting rules, then you can use the same logic from the CF rule to count the cells. Otherwise, please describe in detail how you are coloring the cells and perhaps someone can provide a solution for you.
