In Excel there is a colour palette that changes based on the current theme, so if I used accent 1 colour which might be a red and change the theme to something with an accent 1 colour of orange anything that was that red will change to orange.
Is there any way to have an independent colour palette on the ribbon that doesn't change when the theme is changed?
The reason I am asking is sometimes I want a cell or shape to be a specific colour regardless of computer or theme being used.
