Column and Line Chart

How do I create a column and line chart with the following information:
A1=Q1
A2=Q2
A3=Q3
B1=153
B2=179
B3=209
C1=5
C2=4
C3=2
D1=3.27%
D2=2.23%
D3=0.96%

Maybe start by telling us which numbers should drive the columns, and which numbers the lines.

Select the data and create a column chart. Make sure Excel uses each column as a data source (rather than each row).

Then, in the chart, select each series that you want as a line chart and change its chart type.
