is there any way to get column comments data in a same row on another column in excel
i have a excel sheet having 45 columns 30 of which have comments with cell values is there a possibilty to show the comments data on other column beside the column having comments

Check the macro is called "PrintCommentsByColumn" on the link below;

I think that solution is suitable to resolve your request.

Hi Ghazanfar,

You can try this one also.


Copy whole column and paste (paste special) it in next column by (Alt+e then press s and then press c). This will paste only comments.

Now Selcet the column in which you have pasted the comments, press Ctrl g then Alt S. Click on comments and then ok Now press = (for selecting the data) and press Ctrl Enter.

I hope it will serve your purpose. Please reply
