Column Header Letters are all Numbers Now

I just noticed that my excel sheets all have numbers instead of Letters
How did that happen, and how do I change it back.
Office 365 for Enterprise.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Sort by date Sort by votes
In Options, Formulas, uncheck R1C1 reference style
