Column Stacked Chart compare Budget and Actual

I need to creat a column stacked bar chart to compare actual and budgeted monthly numbers. So each month will have two columns of bar stacked with say zones that will comare budgeted and actual. I can make a comparative bar chart but I could not make stacked bar chart.

I am using excel 2003.
