Combination 2 excel formula

Hi
I have a table which required to vlookup on the row and need to count the data for specific columnCould you please advise and show what formula should i attach?
For example, SMT 3 would be the vlookup and the day/night would apply 'count' formula.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
