Combine Data from multiple files from a folder from a particular sheet in all the files

Need macros every month I get some 40 -50 files all the files in the worksheet have the same sheet name I need to combine all the worksheets in one master sheet and create a pivot. on each sheet, data starts from Col E to U and the number of rows may vary.

Could you please help me to get VBA.
