Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Assuming data in column A, try this - result in B1

Code:
Sub emls()
Dim LR As Long
LR = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
Range("B1").Value = Join(Application.Transpose(Range("A1:A" & LR)), ", ")
End Sub
