COMBINE TWO FORMULAS

How would you combine these two formulas in to one?

=IF(M13>.5,M13*T13,)
=IF(And(M13>.5(T13=0,"txt")

thanks for any help

See if one of these do what you want, otherwise, please clarify your logic:

Excel Formula:
=IF(M13>0.5,IF(T13=0,"Txt",M13*T13),"")

Excel Formula:
=IF(AND(M13>0.5,T13<>0),M13*T13,"Txt")
